Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of eight weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner mentioned in the petition Cr. Misc. No. 14021 of 2020 is as "Rinku Devi" but in the cause title, the same is typed as "Rinki Devi".

From perusal of the record, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in her submission. Office is directed to correct the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the present case as "Rinku Devi" in place of

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons is of committing torture and assault and thereafter caused death of the victim due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is sister in law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
