2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Abhishek Kumar abused and assaulted informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Anand Mohan assaulted on the head of informant by butt of pistol, due to which, informant fell down on ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Anand Mohan. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha @ Jandaha (Mahisaur) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
