The petitioner seeks bail in GRP Bakhtiyarpur (Barh) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of New Excise Amendment Act and 141 of Railway Act.
25 bottles of Royal Stag Classic whisky were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Each bottle was containing 750 ml and for that the petitioner is in jail since 17.11.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months for recovery of about 18 liters of Royal Stag Classic whisky. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11971 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in GRP Bakhtiyarpur (Barh) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
