2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case in short is that while the sister of the informant was brooming the door, the accused persons having been armed with iron rod, pistol and Khanti came there and started abusing and assaulting the informant's sister, as a result of which, she sustained injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17384 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 members of prosecution side have badly assaulted the wife of the petitioner and she suffered injuries. The wife of the petitioner has lodged a case against the members of prosecution side. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to assault the injured.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
