The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalmaniya P.S. Case No.43 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner and other family members, on a parking dispute, assaulted the prosecution side. In the said assault, the daughter of the informant sustained injuries and during treatment she died.

The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases.

Looking to the nature of allegation and also the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
