JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-07-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 427, 448, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 01.05.2015 at about 2.30 P.M. in day time surprisingly named accused persons with three unknown persons entered in school compound. Same time, he was in his office then all accused persons entered forcibly his office and Ramchandra Yadav demanded five lakh rupees as extortion from the informant when he opposed then all persons assaulted him by feast and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the occurrence took place on 01.05.2015 and F.I.R. was lodged on 10.05.2015. There is no any explanation regarding the delay.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
