JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard Sri Bikramdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Satyendra Prasad, learned A.P.P. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhadour P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 302, 120(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that entire family members of the petitioners have been made accused. He submits that in the F.I.R. it was alleged that the husband of the deceased i.e. the daughter of the informant was having illicit relation with his 'bhabi' and this was the reason for killing the daughter of the informant. He submits that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5843 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 general and omnibus allegation. None has seen the occurrence. Besides hearing, I have perused the F.I.R. and the materials available on record. I do not find it a case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
