2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is the fatherin-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that the deceased was taken to hospital for treatment where she died during the course of treatment.

5. Petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.
