The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2017 in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatni out post) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, is in custody since 13.03.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19744 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Kumar Khand (Bhatni Out Post) P.S. Case No.54 of 2017.
