The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner indeed with the Munshi of the informant Niraj Kumar misappropriated huge amount by misusing the four blank cheque. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner at earlier point of time filed a complaint against the informant making allegation under Section 138 of the N.I. Act and thereafter the present case has been lodged.

Case No. 342 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
