The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 27 liters and 600 ML country made liquor was recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 14.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in Adapur P.S.
