Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Damage of Public Property Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and other police officials and caused damage to the government vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11232 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The nature of injury is said to be simple. Hence, no offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out. The petitioners are ladies.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. case No.1176 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
