This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikti PS Case No. 170 of 2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case petitioner has been made accused because he did not complete some works under the BRGF Scheme which were assigned to him as executing agent. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.12.2017. It is further submitted that petitioner was Vikash Mitra and Contractor for the said Schemes and completed all the

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for more than one year, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikti PS Case No. 170 of 2016.
