JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri K.K. Sinha, the learned counsel appearing for the State Health
Patna High Court CWJC No.4019 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/3 Society.
The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities particularly the Executive Director, State Health Society to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners for mutual transfer and effect mutual transfer of the petitioners as the petitioner no. 1 being the Ayurvedic doctor is ready to go on transfer to Vaishali in place of petitioner no. 2 and the petitioner no. 2 also being the Ayurvedic doctor is ready to go on transfer in the district of East Champaran in place of petitioner no. 1.
(ii) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to transfer the petitioner no. 1 to the district Vaishali in place of petitioner no. 2 and further transfer the petitioner no. 2 to the district of East Champaran in place of petitioner no. 1." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Patna to dispose off the joint representation of the petitioners dated 15.02.2019 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition).
Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off
Patna High Court CWJC No.4019 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 3/3 the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose off the representation dated 15.02.2019 filed by the petitioners before the respondent no. 2 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition), within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
