JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11670 of 2010 and it has been prayed that liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 should be modified since there is no post of Director, Primary Health Care Service, Patna and the petitioner should be granted liberty to approach the Secretary, Department of Health, Patna for consideration of his case for re-instatement.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the said Secretary shall decide the case of the petitioner either way within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
