The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was robbed cash and ornaments.

During investigation, co-accused Raja Babu was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who also participated in commission of offence. During investigation, others also suggested complicity of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Raja Babau before the police the petitioner has been implicated in the present case.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10696 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2 / 2 for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned J.M.Ist Class, Samastipur.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
