Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. On the order of the petitioner, co-accused Sonu Kumar caused firearm injury just above the waist of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
