The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the person or possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 8.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21702 of 2021(2) dt.24-09-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner being in custody for 9 months, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case no. 477 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
