Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was working as a quake and having no medical degree gave injection to the ailing minor grandson of the informant who died on the spot. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and had falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner never gave any injection to the child and due to intervention of well wishers parties have compromised the issue and filed a compromise petition in the Court below. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12018 of 2023(3) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that while working as a quake and having no medical degree, petitioner injected some medicine to the ailing minor grandson of the informant who died on the spot.
