JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 10-03-2022 The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 31.01.2022, whereby the date of e-auction of the property mentioned at serial no. 11 therein has been fixed on 17.02.2022. The stand of the petitioner is that he is ready to pay a reasonable amount, hence the auction proceedings be kept in abeyance.

The learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.3602 of 2022(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 that in case the petitioner appears before the respondent no. 1 tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. sharp and is able to give tangible proposal, it shall be duly considered.

Alternatively, a speaking order shall be passed and handed over to the petitioner.
