2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased which was done by hired criminals. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner was the liner and had actively participated in the crime. He is in jail since 15.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Since, the trial has started and out of six chargesheeted witnesses, three have already been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
