====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(b), 448, 379, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is to assault the informant and others by means of bhala, farsa etc., causing head and bodily injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a free fight took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with GR No. 260 of 2023 arising out of Jogapatti (Navalpur, O.P.) P. S. Case No. 406 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
