2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2016 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 30A, 32(2), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 71 litres of whisky. Recovery of the offending goods from the possession of the petitioner is denied. Co-accused Bhanu Pratap Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48388 of 2016. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since

No.6537 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 09.10.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Vaishali P.S.
