1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the informant on the basis of instruction submits that the present application has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 5.11.2019, passed by learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II, Gaya in Cr. Rev. No. 64 of 2019, whereby the learned Court has been pleased to reject the Cr. Rev. and affirm the order dated 18.01.2019, passed by the learned SDJM, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 7 of 2018, it is next submitted that the charges have been framed and the trial has commenced and only I.O. remains to be examined.
