This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of commission of assault and theft. When wife of the informant came for rescue, the accused persons attempted to outrage her modesty.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 452 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
