Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
The informant's cash of Rs. 13000/-, two ATM Card, PAN Card and mobile were robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on confession of the co-accused.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and a statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 104 of 2013,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9152 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
Accordingly the application is disposed off.
