JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. From the house of petitioner 7500/- rupees, one Hero Honda motor cycle and 60 liters of diesel were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the motor cycle is registered in the name of petitioner. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition. Statement has also been in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of recovery, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of
