Counsel for the State submits that as per the allegation made in the first information report of filing of first information report on the basis of forged and fabricated medical reports are there.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere. The Superintendent of Police, Araria (respondent no. 2), is directed to look into the matter and direct the Station House Officer, Bounsi Police Station, Araria, for competition of the investigation report within sixty days from today.
