Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 registered under Sections307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against these petitioners that they assaulted the informant and his son with dangerous weapons. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S.
