The petitioner seeks bail in Kadwa P.S. Case No. 101/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected thrice. A report was called for about the stage of trial of Sessions Trial No. 24/2014/238/2014 arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No. 101/2013 from the trial court.

It is reported that prosecution evidence is closed and the case is pending for recording the defense evidence. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-
