The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 222 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner got appointment on the post of A.N.M. after submitting forged and fabricated certificates.

The contention is that on same and similar allegation other accused persons Madhu Kumari, Sindhu Kumari, Rekha Kumari, Usha Ranjan and Sunita Kumari have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

No.8124 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti P.S.
