The Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged that petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with the minor daughter of the informant. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 15.12.2017.

From the written report, it appears that the occurrence has taken place on 28.04.2015 but the written report has been filed on 05.05.2015.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, Trial No. 10 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
