JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted under section 306 IPC against the husband of the victim whereas investigation has been kept pending as against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10089 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Considering the fact that during investigation the case was not found true under section 304B IPC, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
