This application for regular bail arises out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 441 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2020. He is father of co-accused Dipak Kumar. On perusal of the First Information Report and the case diary it transpires that the main allegation of kidnapping is against co-accused Dipak Kumar and even in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. nothing has come against this petitioner.
