The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 789 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.10.2021.
