JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 482 and 487 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act. From the house of Gyan Sahni, 460 sachet each containing 200 ML of illicit country made liquor and equipment for manufacturing illicit liquor along with 50 liters of spirit were recovered. Petitioner and one Manoj Sahni are alleged to have escaped from the scene.

This Court is not inclined to interfere only because the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, but nature of accusation constitutes good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9570 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Munger. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
