JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner. Allegation is of general and omnibus nature.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act alleged against him, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with
