In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 613 of 2017, registered for the punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., 39 persons have participated in the altercation. Allegation has been made to have assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12046 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 informant, his brother and father with lethal weapons, but the injury report reflects that two injuries are grievous in nature and rest are simple in nature. The informant is an advocate, has stated that on call of his client he had gone to the site, where altercation took place between the parties.

No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and large number of co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 613 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
