Patna High Court CWJC No.5608 of 2023(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/3 ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for direction to the authorities to ensure payment of regular salary as well as arrears of salary for the period, petitioners have worked and the same way be directed to be paid with statutory interest.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners case is squarely covered by the order passed in CWJC No. 7648 of 2020 dated 22.06.2022.

4. Considering this fact, I dispose of the present writ application with direction to the respondent no. 4 within two weeks to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a period of ten weeks after receipt of the representation alongwith other similar orders passed in favour of the other similarly situated persons on CWJC No. 7648 of 2020. The order must be passed within ten weeks and if the order is not complied with Respondent No. 4 shall be held liable for the non-compliance of the order of the Court.
