2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made upon the road side (Plot No. 1059 Old Motihari read) in front of Chhinn Mastika Mandir, North East Motihari Road which is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16337 of 2016(3) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 approach Path of N.H.-28 to Kanti Chowk as encroached by some people who makes temporary and permanent construction as huts and houses, due to conjunction created by the encroachers on the public road, the worst affected segment of the society is the Local people who are facing the unbearable pain due to man made artificial jam in read, always crowded with the vehicles, and due to fast running vehicles there is always possibility of accident.

3. It has been informed by Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh that sole petitioner is no more and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.
