Petitioner is accused in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.03.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
