The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of Aftab Alam, this petitioner made repeated blow with farsa on the head of the informant. One of the head injuries of the informant has been found to be grievous.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 459 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
