The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 27 of 2020 registered under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14999 of 2020 on 09.07.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
