Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2017 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been arrested on the spot. Merely on the basis of suspicion, this petitioner has been arrested by the police and since then he has been rotting in custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7504 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016.
