The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15832 of 2020(2) dt.04-10-2021 2/3 323, 354, 498(A), 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the sister-in-law, mother-in-law and cousin father-in-law of the victim/informant. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, the learned Advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation in the F.I.R. is absolute vague, general and omnibus and only because they stand in special relation to the husband of the informant, they have been made accused in this case. The husband of the informant, it has been submitted, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15832 of 2020(2) dt.04-10-2021 3/3 No. 31 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
