The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, two miscreants came at the shop of informant and fired upon the informant causing firearm injury to him.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR, name of petitioner has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner is one of the Directors of Sri Tech Developers and Interior Pvt. Ltd. and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11552 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
