2. Subject matter of litigation in the present writ petition is with regard to the jointing of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher in Primary School, Pachhiyari Tola, Raipur, Narayanpur, Bhagalpur.

3. Since, the issue raised by the petitioner for determination by this Court in the writ petition as well as in the interlocutory application (I.A. No. 1 of 2023) is with regard to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3315 of 2023(7) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 the joining of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher in Primary School, Pachhiyari Tola, Raipur, Narayanpur, Bhagalpur, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
