JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Perused the letter no. 40 dated 40.10.2017 of Sri Alok Raj, the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1, Supaul, he has sought further three months time to conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2016 arising out of Marauna P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 on the grounds mentioned therein. prosecution evidence has already been closed and the statement of the accused has also been recorded and the case is fixed for defence evidence. One D.W. has also been examined.

Under the circumstances, further three months time is granted to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1, Supaul, for conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2016 arising out of Marauna P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
