Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of this fact that there is specific allegation of attempt to commit rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur stands rejected.
