Patna High Court CWJC No.22766 of 2018(5) dt.18-03-2023 2/3 petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid except certain differential amount of leave encashment.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State today produced a computer generated receipt with respect to the payment of GPF amounting to Rs. 26,929/- and on account of Arrear-Pre CTMIS/Deceased amounting to Rs. 89,215/- and submitted that the differential amount of all the dues have been paid to the petitioner.

4. Considering the rival submissions made by the parties, it appears that during the pendency of the present writ application, petitioner has admitted that all the retiral dues have been paid, however, certain differential amount on account of leave enchasment is yet to be paid to the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the computer generated payment receipts that certain amount on account of GPF and Arrear-Pre CTMIS/Deceased have evidently been paid to the petitioner, however, still if any amount is due, the petitioner is at liberty to make his representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
